Each ingredient in a Tom Yum sorbet is given its own character and personality. The individual characters then combine into one larger figure, extended across posters, collectible cards, and motion graphics.
THE DISH
Tom Yum Sorbet with coconut panna cotta and complementary elements decided through final plating experiments.
PEOPLE
Sibeclop is a Thai artist working across traditional and digital art, art toys, and animation. eggyolkcity is a Thai graphic designer and illustrator based in Lampang.
Sky Ice is a family-owned restaurant in Park Slope, Brooklyn, specializing in all-natural artisanal ice cream and authentic provincial Thai home cooking.
