Cymatics is used to visualise the sounds of cooking through powders and liquids. The resulting patterns are abstracted into a graphic language that runs across the restaurant's interior, connecting ingredients, origins, and process.

PEOPLE
Kriangsak Raksadeja is an artist, researcher, and lecturer working across sound, memory, and cultural heritage. KAWIN is a Thai artist and designer working across product, furniture, and contemporary design.
Kati Thai Cuisine serves Thai dishes in the East Village.
