Isan street food and dub sound culture meet in a warehouse of flavours and memories. The project reframes everyday Thai comfort food as a space where sound, installation, and taste come together.
THE DISH
Khao Jee with Larb Kor Moo: grilled sticky rice paired with smoky grilled pork jowl, lime, chili, and toasted rice powder.
PEOPLE
Cool Dub Club is a Thai Dub studio founded by Parama Goolutai. Ruchika Shah is a Brooklyn-based architect, designer, and illustrator. Natthorn Tansurat is a Thai-Chinese installation artist.
Godunk is led by Chef Nate Limwong, whose previous restaurants include Chalong and UNGLO. The menu draws from Isan home cooking and Thai street-food culture.
