THE PROJECT
PHED NOISE takes the heat, crunch, and sizzle of crispy chili pork dry noodles and translates them into image, colour, and sound. The work treats spiciness as a full sensory event rather than just a flavour.
THE DISH
Crispy Chili Pork Dry Noodles: dry noodles tossed with crispy pork, chili, larb spices, fried shallots, and fresh herbs.
PEOPLE
BREUUBOY, Yims, and Chino are multidisciplinary Thai artists working across painting, visual art, and experimental sound.
Gigi Curry and Noodle Bar in Brooklyn was founded by Bangkok native Nicha Pattaranuwit, serving bold curry noodles and Thai street-food flavours.
