THE UNSEEN TASTE OF THAILAND

Narkara
IN COLLABORATION WITH
THE PROJECT
Inspired by Isan Hup Taem mural painting, ceramic plates hide a scene from the Vessantara Jataka beneath the food. As diners eat, the hidden image is slowly revealed, turning the meal into an act of discovery.
THE DISH
Tom Yum-inspired Thai street snacks: Khanom Krok, Sago, and Khao Kriab Pak Mor, each enclosing a spicy shrimp and herb filling.
