A series of printmaking works about symbols of seeing and being watched. Using printmaking, a medium historically tied to propaganda, the work turns the gaze back onto the act of surveillance itself.
THE DISH
Tom Yum Cocktail: a carbonated reduction of coconut water, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, galangal, Thai chili, lime, and fish sauce.
PEOPLE
Wave Pongruengkiat and Achitaphon Piansukprasert are Thai mixed-media artists working across printmaking, film, and installation.
Lucky Bar is an intimate modern Asian cocktail bar in New York inspired by luck, fortune, and positive energy.
